How do I make a purchase?

Shopping at Jolly & Bea's Dog & Cat Accessories is really easy.  Browse by product, add items to your shopping bag and follow the prompts at checkout.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Jolly & Bea's accepts payment through Paypal and Shopify Payments.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

We would be delighted to deliver your order to an overseas address.  Please note that an additional charge for overseas delivery would be made.  This would be added at the time of your order and we would advise you of this, prior to completion.  Why not drop us an email (info@jollyandbeas.com) and we will provide an international delivery cost for your specific location.

How long is the delivery period?

Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery, however this may be longer during busier periods and bank holidays etc.

How do I know that you have received my order?

We will send you a confirmation email when you purchase an item.

My order has not arrived during the prescribed period, what should I do?

Please be advised, that sometimes a delivery attempt will be made at your property.  If you are not in to receive your order, the package will be returned to your local sorting office.  A delivery card should be left by your post person/ delivery driver and should be collected from your local sorting office.

Can I add a different delivery address to my order?

Yes we can send your goods to a different UK delivery address from your billing address.
